Smooth Dealings and Dad-Approved Decisions! Just helped my daughter buy her first car — a sharp-looking 2016 Honda Civic — and I gotta say, Ryan at Car By U in Charlotte made the whole experience way smoother than I expected. I was fully prepared to play the overprotective dad, ready to fend off shady sales tactics and upsells like I was storming a used car castle. But Ryan? Total pro. He was helpful without being pushy, informative without the typical car-lot jargon, and patient as we asked about everything from gas mileage to how many cup holders this thing had (seriously, that’s a big deal in my family). Ryan walked us through the options, gave honest answers, and never once tried to fast-talk us into something outside of our budget.
